Some businesses earn their fee the moment they deliver a negotiated outcome: a settlement, a placement, a completed transaction. This program covers what happens when a counterparty takes the delivered outcome and goes around the intermediary to avoid paying.
Coverage is narrow on purpose. It indemnifies the earned fee itself, on the basis of documented evidence: the service agreement, evidence the outcome was delivered, and written evidence of circumvention. Ordinary nonpayment stays outside the policy.
